What is your return policy?

At Boulevard Eight, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.  If you are not happy with your Boulevard Eight purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price, if the product purchased is returned within 30 days of purchase.  All returns must be new and unused, unaltered, free from odor and dirt, and in its original item packaging with the company trademark (or hang tags, or what other labels you may use still attached).  Personalized, monogrammed, or altered products will not be accepted for refund.

How do I return an item(s) that I purchased from www.BlvdEight.com?

Before mailing the item you wish to return, please submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) by sending an email to our Customer Service at support@blvdeight.com.  Make sure to include the original order number in your email for the items you wish to return.  Pack and seal your box securely, and ship via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Please note that Boulevard Eight is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

How will I know when you have received my return?

We aim to process all returns within 7 -14 business days of receiving the package.  We will refund the cost of the item(s) and any applicable sales tax.  No shipping costs for the purchase or the return will be refunded unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

All refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card that was used for the initial transaction within 14 days of receiving the item and processing the return.  The time it appears on your statement depends on the individual financial institution.  In the event that an item(s) does not meet and Return Policy requirements, the item(s) will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply.

What if I did not purchase the item(s) from www.BlvdEight.com, how can I return it?

Please contact the retailer the item(s) was purchased from directly.  Your return or exchange will be subject to the discretion of the retailer from which you purchased the item.

What should I do if I received a Boulevard Eight item(s) as a gift and don’t know where it was purchased?  How can I return it?
